The National Association of Consumer Credit Attorneys (NACCA) was formed in 2015 to advocate on behalf of attorneys that practice law related to consumer transactions.

The goals of NACCA are:

• Promote this area of practice by educating consumers and lawmakers alike.
• Educate consumers as to possible rights and refer to a local qualified attorney.
• Establish and disseminate industry best practices
• Act as a clearinghouse of knowledge for our members and share
